ARTIST BIO

I am a 33-year-old mum to a gorgeous little toddler, a Primary School Teacher and an Artist living in Adelaide, South Australia.

I have always loved to draw but never attempted painting. This was until August of 2016 when I purchased a set of watercolour paints. I fell instantly in love with the endless ways this medium can be used. With every painting, I am learning new techniques and would love to share my completed pieces with other artists.

Since beginning my painting journey I have participated in several art shows in SA and have also worked on many commission pieces for clients.

After noticing that people loved what I painted, I then set up my small hobby art business Kelly's Watercolour Paintings where I sell prints of my work in various sizes and also as cards. It has evolved so fast this year (2017), and Kelly's Watercolour Paintings now has 5 stockists around Australia.

In 2017, I was approched to showcase my artwork at RAW Adelaide's event - Transcend. Here I was able to meet a lot of amazing artists in all different fields as well as exhibit my artwork.
